Landscaping in NJ - Crossroads Nursery
Located in an area which is heavily populated with deer, this home uses plant material that is deer resistant. Two planting beds in the front yard swoop out towards the front walk in order to create a screen from the neighboring homes. Low plantings underneath the windows help to create some greenery without taking away from the beautiful stone and stucco work on the front face of the home. In the back yard, a beautiful raised patio adds an elegant entertaining area for the homeowners overlooking their relaxing in-ground pool. An espaliered forest pansy redbud adds a trellis-look in the patios planting bed, and as you walk down the steps to the pool area, you’re greeted by interesting pieces of moss rock gardens, as well as various ornamental plants. The woody background is complimented by a waterfall into the pool, accented with ornamental grasses and woody plants.
